Crash Climax Trains - A Brief History of the Method

Crash Climax Trains - A Brief History of the MethodBack in the 1970s, Crash Climax Training was introduced by founder John Crumplezone. This technique was highly popular at the time because it was thought to be especially effective for athletes. Because of its popularity, many of the techniques from this training were copied and further developed by others. As an example, one training technique called Crash Climax Trainer was a derivative of Crash Climax Training. Another is John Crumplezone's Body Blocking System, which is a favorite with MMA fighters because it is very effective. Crumplezone's system is considered to be one of the best systems ever created for preventing kicks. The system is based on one physics concept: that all motion will always be a result of forces acting upon it. The system is relatively simple. It begins with one fighter who is standing, who feels the force of a blow. He then uses the position of his body to block or deflect the force, then allows that force t o come at him, without being hit.If a large force is applied, he grabs his opponent's leg and drags him down. If a medium force is applied, he takes his opponent's leg and throws him down. Then a small force is applied and he takes his opponent's foot and throws him down. When there are two opponents, they are put into different positions so that the same sort of effect can be achieved. Using the same physics, the position of each fighter is made into a series of energy fields, which are controlled by the fighter controlling the smaller field. The smaller energy field is taken and attacked by the larger one until it disintegrates and disappears. Only then does the larger energy field collapse into a smaller energy field. This process continues until either one fighter fallsor until the opponent's energy field collapses completely.During this process, it is also important to know that a magnetic energy field exists. In the same way that you feel your blood flowing when your heart pumps blood through your body, the smaller magnetic energy field is controlled by a larger magnetic energy field, which is a result of the positioning of the opponent's body. A strong magnet can exert tremendous force on a weaker magnet, causing them to be crushed.Crumplezone has several videos, which he claims are the most effective in regards to his techniques, but it is suggested that these are low-impact aerobics that don't really have much power behind them. Instead, the real power comes from how each body part works together to achieve the desired effects.
